Within the US we will send up to 5 swatches of non-sale fabric to you via USPS. Just send us an e-mail indicating the swatches you would like. Be sure to include your mailing address. PAYMENT We accept MasterCard, Discover and Visa cards as well as PayPal as payment. If you are not comfortable with submitting your credit card information online, please let us know, and we can call you for the information or make arrangements to accept a cashier's check or money order. Non-U.S. orders via credit card only. No international money orders. WASHINGTON RESIDENTS: We must now add sales tax to your order based on your location. The automatic calculation at checkout is only set for one standard rate. We will individually calculate sales tax for your order and charge the correct amount to your credit card. SHIPPING - USPS Increased Their Prices Slightly Jan. 4, 2010 Domestic orders over $75.00 will ship for free, and we will ship to APO/FPO addresses for free, with our thanks. We ship domestic orders either USPS or FedEx at our discretion. For USPS shipments, items weighing over 13 ounces are shipped Priority. It is possible to ship these items Parcel Post, which may save money, but certainly not time. If you wish us to ship your domestic order Parcel Post, please tell us so in the comments section of your order. Shipping amount upon checkout is an estimate only. We will calculate actual shipping cost once your order has been cut and weighed. If you are purchasing multiple sale items, the shipping cost could be more because the actual calculation is based on the weight of the package, not the cost. We do not automatically include insurance, so if you would like your package to be insured against loss or damage, please let us know, and we will calculate the additional cost, and insure your package accordingly. International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority. We can fit up to 6 yards of 44" cotton in a Flat Rate Envelope, and up to 20 yards in a Flat Rate Box. THE MINIMUM CHARGE FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US OR CANADA IS $13.45US, THE FLAT-RATE ENVELOPE PRICE. The Flat-Rate Envelope cost to Canada is $11.45US. WIDE FABRICS WEIGH MORE AND CANNOT BE FIT INTO FLAT-RATE ENVELOPES. We cannot insure or track international Flat-Rate packages. If your purchase is bulky - with items such as notions - and cannot fit in the Flat-Rate envelope, we will ship in appropriate packaging and charge the applicable rate. DISCOUNT CODES AND CERTIFICATE CODES We cannot combine discounts or certificate codes on a single order. RETURNS If we have made a mistake with your order, or if the fabric has a manufacturer's defect, please let us know immediately. We will be happy to replace any incorrect item if it is returned in new condition. We cannot accept washed items, or items returned with cigarette odors, pet odors, etc. Contact us for a return authorization number. We want you to love your fabric the same way we do. We will accept returns on undamaged, smell-free fabric within 14 days of shipment. There will be a 20% restocking fee because cut fabric is more difficult to sell, and shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us for an authorization number before returning your items, and be sure to include the original packing slip with your return. Sale items are not returnable, and we will not issue refunds for items damaged in shipping where the buyer has not purchased insurance. Due to copyright considerations, we cannot accept returns on patterns or books.
